The samplings were done by 300 students and inferential statistics was analyzed by ANOVA, multiple regression, and structural equation modeling. The results of multiple regression analysis revealed that sufficiency economy philosophy, self-confidence, courteous communication, and personality in communication were directly related to the procedural justice perception. The results of structural equation modeling analysis revealed that sufficiency economy philosophy was directly related to the procedural justice perception, self-confidence, personality in communication, honesty and trust, and courteous communication and indirect relationship to the procedural justice perception and honesty and trust through courteous communication variable.
