Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the Work Life Quality of the Personal in Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academy. The objectives of this research will be stated as follows: 1.) To study the quality of work life of the Personal in Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academy. 2.) To study the factors of their quality of work life. 3.) To examine the correlation between internal environment, external environment, and quality of work life of the Personal in Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academy. The people were 558 the Personal in Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academy. The sample consisted of 233 the Personal in Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academy.
The research instruments were the interview and the questionnaire for the Military Officers, with consisted of internal environment questionnaire, external environment questionnaire and quality of working life questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing the data are frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviation, T-Test, One – Way ANOVA and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results of the study are as follows:
- The quality of working life of the Personal in Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academy were at the high level.
- The results of the different of personal factors including gender, level of salary gave some different quality of working life. However, the different personal factors, including age, period of employment, position and affiliate did not affect the quality of working life.
- The internal environment was positive and significantly related at the Fairly high level to the quality of working life, at the 0.01 level. The external environment was positive and significantly related at the middle level to the quality of working life, at the 0.01 level.
