ความสนใจของนักศึกษาต่อกิจกรรมเสริมนอกชั้นเรียนวิชาภาษาจีน : กรณีศึกษานักศึกษาวิชาภาษาจีน มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตสุราษฎร์ธานี (STUDENTS' ATTENTION TO THE ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE THE CHINESE CLASS: CASE STUDY OF STUDENTS THAT STUDY CHINESE PRINCE OF SONGKLA UNIVERSITY, SURAT THANI CAMPUS)

Abstract

               The current situation of the teaching - learning Chinese is to arrange the additional activities outside the class for students to learn from the reality. The main stream of studying will learn from the real practice and the academic content will add to fulfil their knowledge. The objectives of this research are 1) to study the students’ interest in the additional activities in Chinese subject and 2) to be the guideline for the Chinese subject to arrange more activities outside the class.  Researcher gathered 155 questionnaires from students who studied Chinese 1 and Chinese listening – speaking that participated in the additional activities outside the class.

              The research revealed that students were interested in the additional activities outside the class with a high level of statistics (average 4.09). Learners saw that such activities contributed to increase the knowledge of Chinese and culture at a high level (average 4.00). And the guidelines to arrange additional activities outside of the Chinese class should be integrated into many activities. (average 4.09) Besides that, students have positive attitudes and interests to Chinese subjects at a high level (average 4.16) These factors can be used as the guidelines to arrange the additional activities outside the class and for the teaching - learning Chinese.
