Analyzing data of the statistic are Content Validity, Discrimination Index, Reliability Cronbach Alpha, Content Validity of Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Ordinary Scoring.

The result of research showed in the following paragraph. 1) Creating the assessment of Global Citizen of junior high school is a kind of situational test with five different choices. It is used to cover up the definition and sub-indicator which divided into three things for example: 1) Personal Characteristics, 2) Social interaction, 3) World trends literacy with 10 indicators.

            3) local standard of the assessment of Global Citizen is divided into five levels.
