บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแรงจูงใจ ระดับแรงจูงใจ และเปรียบเทียบผลของปัจจัยแรงจูงใจของนิสิตจำแนกตามตัวแปรปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการเลือกเข้าศึกษาต่อในหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ คณะกายภาพบำบัด มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565 โดยผ่านระบบการคัดเลือก TCAS การศึกษาจะมุ่งเน้นไปที่ปัจจัย 5 ประการ ได้แก่ คุณภาพและชื่อเสียง สภาพแวดล้อม หลักสูตร การประกอบอาชีพ เศรษฐกิจและสังคม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1 หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะกายภาพบำบัด มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในสาขาการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ จำนวน 55 คน การศึกษานี้ใช้เครื่องมือ คือ แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นิสิตมีแรงจูงใจในการเลือกเข้าศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.1±0.56 พบว่า ด้านคุณภาพและชื่อเสียงของสถาบันเป็นด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.43± 0.54 อยู่ในระดับมาก เปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจในการเลือกเข้าศึกษาเมื่อจำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า นิสิตหญิงและชายมีแรงจูงใจในการเลือกเข้าศึกษาทั้ง 5 ด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน นิสิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนรัฐบาล มีแรงจูงใจในการเลือกเข้าเรียนในด้านคุณภาพและชื่อเสียงและด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคมมากกว่านิสิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนเอกชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
