The Development of Model for Administrative Good Governance of Administrators in Islamic Private Schools in Multicultural Society

Abstract

School administrator plays an important role in improving quality development education. The purposes of research were to study state of school administration, to model development of school administration and to appropriate evaluation to model construction of Basic Education to Good Governance in Islamic Private Schools in Multicultural Society. Educational administrators in Islamic Private Schools who has good governance. Approach important in organizing social and administration education tasks such as. Academic task, human resource, budget and general administration a crucial administrators need to focus. In each consist of good governance amount 6 principles were to 1) rule of laws 2) ethics 3) transparences 4) participations 5) accountabilities 6) values for money. In case of academic administration at a high level, human resource of all level, budget at a high level and general administration of all level. And evaluation forms teachers and administrators in Islamic Private Schools found that in every aspect and deal.
