Relationship between Leadership and Administrative Performance of Educational Administrators in Three Southern Border Provinces

Abstract
Education administration plays an important role in improving the quality of education. Educational administrator who has a good leadership will create excellent tasks such as academic task, human resource, budget and general administration. In addition a good leadership will enhance education at the highest level. In this study of the leadership styles showed that integrated leadership had a strong correlation with academic and general administration. However, this style had a moderate relation with human resource and budget management. Moreover, related leadership was highly correlation with academic aspect; nevertheless it had a moderate relation with the general administration, human resource and budget management. Besides, separated and dedicated leadership styles had a moderate relation in all aspects.
