บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรและรูปแบบการอบรมเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่ใส่ใจเคารพสิทธิในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย และในระดับโรงเรียน (2) เพื่อสร้างเยาวชนต้นแบบแกนนำในการเป็นวิทยากรกระบวนการด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ เพื่อไปขยายผลให้แก่เยาวชนในสถาบันการศึกษาและผู้ปกครองในครอบครัว/ชุมชน/หรือผู้ใกล้ชิด (3) เพื่อศึกษาผลหลังการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรและรูปแบบการอบรมสำหรับเยาวชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ (4) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของเยาวชนที่มีต่อหลักสูตรและรูปแบบการอบรม โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา (Research & Development) กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้แก่ นักศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำนวน 12 คน นักเรียน จำนวน 90 คน และ ครูพี่เลี้ยง จำนวน 10 คน จาก 10 โรงเรียนในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผลการสร้างหลักสูตรและรูปแบบการอบรม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพบว่า หลักสูตรและรูปแบบการอบรม มีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้จริง สอดคล้องกับบริบทพื้นที่ (2) ผลของการสร้างเยาวชนต้นแบบและเยาวชนแกนนำในระดับโรงเรียนในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ผลพบว่า แกนนำเยาวชนสามารถเป็นวิทยากรขยายผลด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนให้กับเพื่อนในโรงเรียนในอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (3) เยาวชนแกนนำ นักศึกษา นักเรียน ที่เข้ารับการอบรมตามหลักสูตรและรูปแบบการอบรม มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ เรื่องสิทธิมนุษยชน หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (4) เยาวชนแกนนำ นักศึกษา นักเรียน พึงพอใจต่อการอบรมตามหลักสูตรและรูปแบบการอบรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้สื่อผลงานประเภทต่าง ๆ จำนวน 235 ผลงาน
