บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงสังเคราะห์ที่ถูกนำมาเรียบเรียงแบบเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) เพื่อรวบรวมและจัดระบบองค์ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาเมืองต้นแบบอำเภอเบตง โดยการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัย และผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการพัฒนาในพื้นที่ ในรอบ 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา (2559-2563) 2) นำเสนอผลการวิจัยเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดตั้งศูนย์การศึกษาวิจัยและนวัตกรรมการบริการเมืองต้นแบบอำเภอเบตง สามารถสรุปผลการสังเคราะห์เป็นภาคส่วนต่างๆ ได้ดังนี้ งานวิจัยนี้มีประเด็นเกี่ยวกับพื้นที่อำเภอเบตง ซึ่งสืบค้นได้จำนวน 11 เรื่อง มีองค์ความรู้หลักอยู่ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการท่องเที่ยว ด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านธุรกิจการค้า ด้านปัญหายาเสพติด และ ด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ศูนย์การศึกษา วิจัยและนวัตกรรมการบริการ เมืองต้นแบบอำเภอเบตง ควรศึกษาเพิ่มเติมในประเด็นดังต่อไปนี้ 1) ประเด็นศูนย์บริการองค์ความรู้แบบบูรณาการที่มีความหลากหลาย 2) ประเด็นช่องว่างองค์ความรู้ ประกอบด้วย องค์ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมบริการและการท่องเที่ยวโดยให้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ องค์ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์โดยเฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นต้นตำหรับของพื้นที่ องค์ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสมุนไพรท้องถิ่นเชิงพานิชย์ และ เป็นศูนย์บริหารจัดการชุมชนแบบครบวงจร ทั้งด้านเงินทุน คน และทรัพยากรแวดล้อม
