Abstract
The website for learning Muang Songya, known as "The Way of Community of Srisunthon," was developed in response to the lack of learning resources or networks that serve as a central hub for knowledge acquisition within Muang Songya. Hence, the objective of this research was to 1) ascertain essential information for design and develop the website 2) compare learning achievements before and after website usage and 3) assess the level of satisfaction among website users. In doing so, samples were collected and divided into 4 groups. The first group of samples was 400 people from Srisunthon, Phuket province. These people provided the data on the community background which were further analyzed with mean and standard deviation and used for the website development. The second group consisted of 25 people for the study of guidelines for the website development after being qualitatively analyzed. The third group includes 6 people in the website development process, and the data obtained were analyzed with mean and standard deviation. The last group comprised of 50 undergraduate students who were determined learning achievements and satisfaction analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The results have showed that the average score of background information for the website development was found to be at the moderate level while the content quality and media/technical quality of the website revealed at the highest levels. Furthermore, students’ average score of learning outcomes after using the website was statistically increased at .05 significance level, and the average score of their satisfaction was identified at the highest level. Thus, it can be concluded that the website for learning Muang Songya can be applied to classroom learning management in order to develop and encourage students to learn more effectively.
