ผลการใช้สื่อวิดีโอออนไลน์เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะการคำนวณภาษีเงินได้ของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการจัดการ วิทยาลัยชุมชนยะลา

บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้เรียนด้วยสื่อการสอนที่เหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการ มีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งในโลกยุคปัจจุบัน การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพของสื่อวิดีโอออนไลน์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการคำนวณภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาระหว่างก่อนและหลังการใช้สื่อวิดีโอออนไลน์ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะ กับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานร้อยละ 75 และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจ ตัวอย่างวิจัยที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยชุมชนยะลา สาขาวิชาการจัดการ ประจำภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 18 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) สื่อวิดีโอออนไลน์ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา 2) แบบทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการคำนวณภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญมีดังนี้ 1) สื่อวิดีโอออนไลน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ เท่ากับ 86.1/95.56 2) คะแนนสมรรถนะการคำนวณภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาหลังการใช้สื่อวิดีโอออนไลน์ (= 24.28, S.D. = 3.94) มากกว่าก่อนการใช้สื่อวิดีโอออนไลน์ (
= 12.28, S.D.=1.74) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (t(17)= -20.20, p<.001) 3) คะแนนสมรรถนะการคำนวณภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาภายหลังการใช้สื่อวิดีโอออนไลน์ (
= 25.11, S.D. = 2.30) มากกว่า 22.5 คะแนน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (t(17)=4.82, p<.001) และ 4) ตัวอย่างวิจัยโดยส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อวิดีโอออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด ดังนั้นควรส่งเสริมให้ครูผู้สอนนำสื่อการเรียนรู้ในลักษณะสื่อออนไลน์ประเภทวิดีโอหรือสื่อมัลติมีเดียมาใช้ในกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน หรือมีศักยภาพสูงขึ้น
