The Development of School Administrative Model for Achieving Internal Quality Assurance of Secondary Schools in South Andaman Area

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to develop school administrative model for achieving internal quality assurance of the secondary schools in South Andaman Area. 2) to examine school administration’s proposed model for achievinginternal quality assurance of the secondary schools in South Andaman Area.The research methodology include four steps as follows. Step 1: to study of the current school administration by questionnaire and in-depth interview. Step 2: to construct a proposed model of school administration and; evaluate the model by academic experts. Step 3: Delphi Technique to examine school administration’s draft model and validate the content of the model by CV1 (Content Validity Index) method and Step 4: to study guidelines for the proposed model of the school administration by the focus group method. The result for development a proposed model of school administration for achieving internal quality assurance of thesecondary schools in South Andaman Area with preliminary examining and confirm factors were summarized that there were 4 factors and 83 activities wherethe details were 37 activities in principle factor, 4 activities in objective factor, 31 activities in system and mechanism factor and 11 activities in the conditions for implementation proposed model factor. Guidelines for the proposed model of the school administration for achieving internal quality assurance in secondary schools in South Andaman Area where the researcher proposed model named ANDAMAN’S “POST” MODEL.
