The Appraisal of Working Problems In Administrative Division

Abstract
This Study aims investigate problems occurring in an administrative division of the Faculty of Architecture, King Mongkut ‘s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. The investigated problems are behaviors of faculty administrative staffs, facilities, as well as the administrative management. In so doing, the questionnaires were sent to 211 faculty members and 153 of questionnaires were completed and returned . The findings indicate three types of problems, and insufficiency and defect of information communication technology instruments and the incompetence of working environment, ineffective management of administrators, and inappropriate behaviors of the faculty administrative staffs. All these problems are probably caused by the lack of effective managements concerning appropriate and regular instrument check up and repairing, of effective administrative policy, of strong sense of leadership, and of efficient communication among the faculty members. Regarding to these problem, further studies on the needs of faculty members in various aspects such as an arrangement of funding, the development of working atmosphere, administrative leadership training, and performance of management system should be conducted. Besides, there should be more training for faculty member to cultivate the senses of facilitating. On top of these, to get rid of all the problems mentioned above, a more in dept research on particular aspect of each problem is recommended.
