Knowledge Management System Used for Academic Administration Efficiency, Institute of Sukhothai Physical Education

Abstract
The objectives of this research to study on the knowledge management system used for academic administration efficiency, Institute of Physical Education Sukhothai and present condition problems and operations knowledge management with appropriate suggestions made with knowledge management. Research on the 3 content issue 1) the knowledge management elements include the organization, personnel, technology and learning. 2) the process of knowledge managements is define knowledge, the pursuit of knowledge, creating knowledge, storing knowledge system, the learning exchange to share, bringing knowledge to use, monitoring and evaluation and conditions of use of knowledge management systems and 3) the problem with using knowledge management systems and operational issues of knowledge management system. The population in this research included teacher, teacher employment rate, specialist sports banners and educational personnel, total of 106 people. Tool was used in research was open-ended query type. The statistics were used in the data analysis were average value and standard deviation. The results showed that most are female, age 31-40 years, master’s degree in education levels, status of current positions as the teachers, responsibilities the Board’s knowledge management and experience in work above 16 years. The research results knowledge management system used for academic administration efficiency included knowledge management elements included in the high level were the organization; child is learning, personnel side and the technology. The knowledge management process in the high level were the definition of knowledge second is the monitoring and evaluation, pursuit of knowledge, knowledge of the storage system, creation of knowledge, navigation of knowledge to use and the learning exchange to share.
