Abstract

The purpose of this article is to study and present the desirable characteristics of teachers in 21st Century. The desirable characteristics of teachers in 21st Century were knowledge, proficiency, spirit teacher, leadership, teacher identity, and reached professional standards of teachers, code of ethics of teaching profession, knowledge competency and profession experience, characteristics of teachers, morality ethics and moral model. These are for development of students.
