Attribute of School Administrators’ Ethical Leadership Affecting Attribute of Professional Teacher in 21st Century under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
It was found that nowadays the morality and ethics of the educational institutions’ personnel decreased. In which the school administrators had inappropriate administrative behavior and teachers were also faced with lacking of teamwork, minimal personal time and had others duties than teaching workload. It was, therefore; necessary to study the attribute of school administrators’ ethical leadership affecting the attribute of professional teacher in 21st century. The sample was 285 teachers in schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, derived by proportional stratified random sampling as distributed by districts. The research instrument was questionnaire with 5 rating scales. Data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression. The findings of this research were the attribute of school administrators’ ethical leadership in aspects integrity and fairness (X6)community participation (X4) learner person and citizenship (X3) good governance)X1) empowerment (X5) and service mindedness and responsibility (X2). Those findings could altogether predict the professional teachers’ behavior in 21st century at the percentage of 95.50 with statistical significance level of .01. The results explained that attribute of school administrators’ ethical leadership encouraged teachers to improve their performance more efficiently.
