The Development of Agricultural Learning Tourism Model for Creative Tourism Capacity Building in Kanchanaburi

Abstract
This research aims to developed agricultural learning tourism model and tourism activities. In addition, analysis of guidelines for developing tourism potential for creative tourism capacity building in Kanchanaburi. The research was undertaken in 3 stages. Stage 1 investigated the tourism model. It took on documentary analysis and data collection by using questionnaire, focus group discussion, and in-depth interview form 37 key informants. The data analyzed by descriptive statistics and content analysis. Stage 2 developed tourism activities by participatory action research with 20 key informants. The qualitative analysis involved content analysis. Stage 3 Analysis of tourism potential development guidelines, use focus group discussion form 20 key informants. The research results revealed that the tourism model encompassed 6 elements; namely, tourism capacity, tourism management capacity, tourism attractions and activities capacity, tourism services capacity, tourism marketing capacity, and participation capacity. Tourism activities were conservation and utility learning-based activities, occupational learning-based activities, cultural learning-based activities, handcraft learning-based activities. Educational and tourism programs were also presented. Potential development guidelines of tourism are; basic service preparation, that suitable for the area, plans and goals of tourism management, new experience activities, that corresponds to the needs of tourists, information and impressive service, social media public relation and participation in operations through tourism networks.
