Abstract

The difference in achievements’ learners are caused by the learning time of the learners and the instructors that don’t not match with their learning styles. Thus, it should be an appropriate teaching style such a quasi-experimental research. The purposes of this study is to develop the blended learning model to enhance learning achievement in learning skills with efficiency of 80/80. The method of development blended learning model and studying the results of its use. The analysis of the efficiency of the blended learning model after development increased, comparing to the learning achievement of students between pretest and posttest based on the blended learning model from a sample of 30 people. The collected data were analyzed using a means, a standard deviation and the t-Test Independent. The expected results from this study are: 1) the development of  blended learning  model to enhance learning achievement in learning  skills accounted for 80 percent of online learning and 20 percent of conventional teaching method, the efficiency of 81.17/81.78, to compare the students’ between pretest and posttest who were instructed through the blended learning model to enhance learning achievement in learning skills showed that the posttest was significantly higher than pretest at the .01 level significantly, and 3) the student attitude toward the lesson indicated that the students were satisfied with the  blended learning model at high level. ( gif.latex?\bar{X} = 4.30 S.D. = 0.75). The results explain that the researcher created blended learning model combining with the advantages of traditional classroom learning and online learning, enabling independent self-learning of learners according to the restrictions of time, place, and flexibility in studying. They can review lessons. Therefore, the blended learning model can be used to create other course contents to enhance learners’ to have higher learning achievements.
