ปั้นนักคิด ปลูกนักสร้าง : การส่งเสริมทักษะนวัตกรสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย ด้วยแนวคิดสตีมฟอร์อินโนเวเตอร์และการเล่นลูสพารตส์

บทคัดย่อ

ทักษะศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้แก่ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและการแก้ปัญหา การสื่อสาร และการร่วมมือรวมพลัง เป็นทักษะอนาคตที่จำเป็นต้องเริ่มพัฒนาตั้งแต่ปฐมวัย บทความนี้นำเสนอโปรแกรมลิตเติลอินโนเวเตอร์ พัฒนาขึ้นจากแนวคิด 2 แนวคิด ได้แก่ สตีมฟอร์อินโนเวเตอร์ซึ่งเป็นการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี วิศวกรรม ศิลปะ และคณิตศาสตร์ (STEAM) ร่วมกับแนวคิดการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ และการเล่นลูสพารตส์ ซึ่งเป็นการเล่นอิสระกับวัสดุปลายเปิดที่หาได้รอบตัว โปรแกรมลิตเติลอินโนเวเตอร์ เป็นกระบวนการเรียนรู้ผ่านการเล่นแบบชี้แนะ ประกอบด้วย  4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นที่ 1 รู้จัก เข้าใจ ขั้นที่ 2 คิดกว้าง คิดไกล ขั้นที่ 3 ลองทำดูได้ ขั้นที่ 4 แชร์ให้โลกรู้ เปิดโอกาสให้เด็กเป็น  ผู้ริเริ่มการเล่น ในขณะที่ครูทำหน้าที่เป็นเพื่อนร่วมเล่น และผู้อำนวยความสะดวกในการเล่น ผ่านการจัดเตรียมวัสดุลูสพารตส์ ซึ่งเป็นอุปกรณ์และสภาพแวดล้อมปลายเปิด การสร้างบรรยากาศเชิงบวกที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ รวมถึงการคัดเลือกนิทานที่เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการเรียนรู้ โปรแกรมดังกล่าวส่งเสริมทักษะนวัตกรของเด็กวัย 4 - 9 ปี ได้แก่ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การแก้ปัญหา และการสื่อสารและการให้ความร่วมมือ การบูรณาการแนวคิดสตีมฟอร์อินโนเวเตอร์เข้ากับการเล่นลูสพารตส์จึงเป็นแนวทาง ในการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยให้มีทักษะนวัตกรผ่านการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
