Human resource development model to promote the use of information and communication technology in learning management to develop the quality of education at Nong Bua Municipality School 2

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) Current status, desired image of and necessary needs, 2) Model creation, 3) Model trial, and 4) Model evaluation. The informants were 66 teachers and educational personnel at Nong Bua Municipality School 2.They were purposively selected. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires, interview forms, group discussion records, and tests. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Need analysis. The research results found that 1) Current status was at a moderate level. The most desired status was at a high level. The highest priority was the development of information technology ability. 2) The personnel development model to promote the use of information and communication technology in learning management consisted of 5 parts: Part 1: Principles and objectives of the model, Part 2: Content of the model, Part 3: Development process, Part 4: Evaluation, and Part 5: Conditions for success. The results of the evaluation of suitability and feasibility were at the highest level. 3) The results of the model trial found that the knowledge assessment scores after participating in the development were higher than the knowledge assessment scores before participating in the development. and the behavioral level before development was at a moderate level, after development was at the highest level. and 4) The results of the evaluation of the model found that the usefulness and the evaluation of the overall satisfaction level were at the highest level.
