Academic administration of school administrators in Quality Area 3, Phanom Sarakham District, under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
(The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the level of academic administration of school administrators, and (2) to compare the academic administration of school administrators classified by gender, educational level, work experience, and school size. The sample group consisted of 195 teachers in Quality Zone 3, Phanom Sarakham District, under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area 2 in the academic year 2025, obtained from Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size determination table (Krejcie & Morgan,1970: 608), totaling 132 participants. The research instrument was a questionnaire on academic administration of school administrators with a reliability coefficient of .95. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-Way Analysis of Variance.
The research findings revealed that: (1) the overall level of academic administration was at a high level in all aspects. Considering each aspect, the highest mean score was found in the aspect of classroom instruction management, followed by the assessment and credit transfer processes, while the academic supervision aspect received the lowest mean score. (2) The comparison of academic administration of school administrators classified by gender, educational level, work experience, and school size showed no statistically significant differences overall, which did not support the research hypotheses.
