Application of Technology in Educational Institution Administration of Naresuan Group Schools under the Office of Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the application of technology in educational administration of Naresuan Group Schools under the Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 2) to study the guidelines for the application of technology by administrators in the educational institution of Naresuan Group Schools under the Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 164 administrators and teachers from Naresuan Group Schools under the Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Content Validity Index (CVI) between 0.67 and 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.949. Data were collected from 134 returned questionnaires, representing 81.71 percent of the sample. Data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and structured interviews analyzed using Content Analysis and data synthesis, leading to inductive conclusions.
The research findings revealed that the application of technology in the educational institution administration of Naresuan Group Schools was at a moderate level. The budget dimension was found to be the highest, and the personnel dimension the lowest, This reflects the system’s readiness and digital skills of the personnel. The guidelines for administrators' application of technology in educational institution administration derived from this research are: 1) Continuously providing training and digital technology skill development for teachers,
2) Supporting teachers in knowledge exchange and collaborative creation of technological innovations both inside and outside the school, 3) Developing a real-time information system for budget management, 4) Enhancing the potential of personnel in using technology for budget management, 5) Promoting and incentivizing teachers and personnel to use digital systems for efficient personnel management, and 6) Developing and promoting the use of digital technology in general school administration.
