Abstract

This academic paper is a part of dissertation entitled “The Integration of Dhamma to the Administration of Ayutthaya Provincial Police Saving and Credit Cooperative Limited” aiming at integrating effective administration of the provincial police saving cooperative with Buddhist principle of administration. The research found that the Administration of phar nakhon si Ayutthaya provincial saving cooperative such as Operation and Administration of cooperative base on the ideology of how cooperative have defined in the regulation, law, and resolution make the cooperative secure they be able to lone money and deposit from both public borrowers.The findings were that the administration of the Provincial Savings Cooperative based on Buddhist principle of administration which enhances the administration of the Provincial Savings and Credit effectively consist of; 1) 4 Means of Accomplishment. Administrators and staff of company must follow self-satisfaction, encouraging oneself, concentration and recheck all works already done effectively. 2) 4 Noble Sentiments including loving-kindness which always gives helps, sympathy and indifference at working. 3) 4 Virtues for a Good Household life including truthfulness and honesty, taming and training oneself, forbearance and generosity to all partners and others. 4) 4 Principles of Service including giving, rendering services, equality consisting in impartiality and behaving oneself properly in all circumstances. When administrators and staffs of the cooperative bring the principles of the four categories to apply for administration will make it more effective.
