Abstract

The business situation is currently highly competitive. Attention should be paid to the operating environment, monitoring, evaluation, and good service provision. This will lead to better customer satisfaction and better performance and promote the development of employees' skills in order to achieve continuous learning and development for achieving the set objectives and goals to effectively. From the research of the relationship between the effectiveness of the internal controls and performance of the companies registered in the stock exchange of Thailand, it found that the effectiveness of the internal control system, risk assessment, control activities, monitoring, and evaluation were positively related to the performance in the aspects of customer, internal processes, learning, development, and finance. In terms of performance, the sample with different types of industry had different opinions on the performance in the aspects of internal process learning and development. The sample with different operation period had different opinions in the aspects of internal process, learning, development and finance. The sample with different registered capital and number of employee had indifferent opinions in the aspects of customer and internal processes, learning, development and finance. The research can be applied to the maximum benefit to the organization that go along with the sustainable and stable business.
