Abstract

Poverty is an important issue. Every government has tried to fix it. But the poverty is still there. Due to the complexity of the poverty issue, many organizations, both within and outside the community, are both public and private. Problem solving is a collaborative effort of all parties involved. For this reason poverty alleviation requires a paradigm shift and a new management model called "innovation".
