Model of academic administration of educational model developed for ASEAN community by basic education institutions

Abstract

The research aimed 1) at studying the components 2) to create, and 3) to evaluate the academic management model of the formal education institution developed into the ASEAN community of basic education institutions. There were 3 steps in the research process. The sample consisted of 189 schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Basic Education Commission, which were developed into prototype schools in ASEAN. Director of the school deputy director for academic affairs or academic teachers and teachers, totaling 756 people were key informants. The instrument used in the research was Semi-structured interviews and questionnaires were used to analyze the data, including frequency, content analysis, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Component analysis Presented by expert seminars. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The components of the academic administration model of basic education institutions according to the prototype schools for the ASEAN community consist of 7 components: (1) participation in educational management; (2) educational management planning; (3) educational management; (4) research (5) educational guidance (6) educational supervision and (7) measurement and evaluation. 2) The presentation of the model of academic management of the formal education institution to the ASEAN community of basic education found that all seven elements of 63 variables were appropriate. Possibility Usefulness Comprehensive and accurate Consistent with the concept Theory and Research Framework. 3) The results of the evaluation of the academic management model of the prototype developed into the ASEAN community of basic education institutions consisted of 7 components that were appropriate.
