Role Transformation of Thailand Post For Driving Economy By Digital Technology

Abstract
This research aimed to examine (1) the changing roles Thailand Post Company (Ltd.) in the economy, with digital technology, and (2) the changing roles Thailand Post Company (Ltd) to drive the economy with digital technology. Using Qualitative Research (Qualitative Research) results showed that (1) the changing roles Thailand Post Company (Ltd.) in the economy, with digital technology, with the economic development and the digital society of the country focused on the development phase. Sustainable long to be consistent with the preparation of the national strategy for 20 years, but because digital technology is changing rapidly, making gate. The complex Work inefficient Conflicts and barriers to implementation, (2) the changing roles Thailand Post Company (Ltd) to drive the economy with digital technology. Thailand Post to orient the management to focus on the technology used. And policy management with transparency, morality and ethics in management. The new public service driven on the basis of mutual benefit societies and citizens to benefit from the services as well.
