Abstract

          research subject “the development administration according to the four powers (bala) of the  local government organizations in Don Chedi District, Suphanburi Province” It has three objectives (1) To study the state of development administration of local administrative organizations in Don Chedi District. (2) To study the relationship between the 4 principles of physical education and the development administration of local government organizations in Don Chedi District. Suphan Buri Province Suphanburi Province This research It is a mixed method research which consists of quantitative research. collecting field data population of 388 people using a questionnaire. is a tool for collecting information. The questionnaires were both open-ended and closed-ended. by finding the frequency, percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation  test the hypothesis by t-test in case of two groups of variables and the F-value, One-way ANOVA, and qualitative research. by in-depth interview From 10 key informants/person, This is a content analysis by analyzing the general condition of development management according to the guidelines of the 4 principles of physical education of local government organizations in Don Chedi District. Suphanburi Province to see the components according to the nature of the empirical data by using qualitative data for further analysis and synthesis.

             The results of the research found that  The condition of development administration of local government organizations in Don Chedi District Suphan Buri Province found that overall, it was at a high level of 4.09. When considering each aspect in all 4 aspects, when classified by aspect, it found that the aspect with the highest mean was 1. Panya Physical (Knowledge, Intelligence) had an average of 4. .09. The aspect with the lowest mean was 3. Viriyabhala (Perseverance, Diligence) with an average of 4.06 in all aspects, at a high level, respectively. Relationship between the 4 principles of physical education and development management of local government organizations in Don Chedi District Suphan Buri Province found that overall, there is a relationship. It was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. When considering each aspect, it was found that there were correlations in all aspects (Panya Phla Viriyaphon Anawajchaphon Sangkhahapala) with a statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
