Guidelines for Optimizing the Establishment of Investment Budgets of educational institutions affiliated to the Surat Thani Primary Education Area Office District

Abstract
This study aimed to 1) investigate the demographic obstacles affecting the efficiency of investment budget formulation in educational institutions under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 2) explore the influence of internal organizational factors on the efficiency of such budgeting processes; 3) examine the role of work motivation in promoting effective investment budget planning; and 4) propose solutions to address key problems found.
The study employed a mixed-methods approach. Qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 educational administrators, while quantitative data were gathered from 340 respondents selected via random sampling from among public school teachers and staff. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Additionally, SWOT analysis and the TOWS matrix were applied to formulate strategic improvement guidelines.

4) Solving Demographic Barriers Internal factors and incentives that affect the efficiency of the investment budget of affiliated educational institutions were found to be internal factors that significantly affect the efficiency of investment budget establishment including strategy and strategy. Management style The influencing motivation includes the nature of the challenging task and the management method of the superior.
