Development of Bilingual Learning Management Model in Yume Mikini Nursery, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Study the condition of Phra Kilanupathaka's volunteer administration. 2) To create a model for Phra Kilanupathaka's volunteer administration. 3) Experiment with Phra Kilanupathaka's volunteer management model. and 4) evaluate the volunteer management model. of Phra Kilanupattaka Case study of Ban Hong District, Lamphun Province, research and development. Population includes Phra Kilanupatthak and related persons, 23 monks/people. Research tools are 1) semi-structured interviews, 2) assessment forms, 3) questionnaires, and 4) questionnaires. Evaluation of the model. Statistics used include percentages, average percentages, averages, standard deviations. and inferential statistics, Pair T-Test, qualitative data, analyzed by content.

          The research results found that:

1. Condition of the volunteer administration of Phra Kilanupathaka Ban Hong District, Lamphun Province, found that there were important problems, including a lack of clear common goals. Lack of participation, lack of motivation, and shared principles that do not clearly define the factors driving the administration.


2. The model of volunteer administration of Phra Kilanupathaka was found to be feasible. With a consistency index value of 1.00, every component passed the 2Tar3P Model verification.


3. Experimenting with the volunteer administration model of Phra Kilanupathaka, found that before and after the experiment were significantly different at the .01 level and the desired characteristics of Phra Kilanu Patthak found that after the experiment there were better changes.


4. Results of the evaluation of the volunteer management model of Phra Kilanupattha, it was found that the overall picture was appropriate at a high level.
