Saṅgahavatthu-Dhamma Integration for Increasing Service Quality of Mae Wa Luang Sub-district Administive Organization, Thasongyang Didstrict, Tak Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the quality of services provided by the Mae Wa Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization; Tha Song Yang District, Tak Province 2) To compare opinions about the services of the Mae Wa Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Tha Song Yang District, Tak Province, classified according to personal factors 3) To study guidelines for applying Buddhist principles to increase the quality of services provided by the Mae Wa Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Tha Song Yang District, Tak Province, by applying Buddhist principles. This study was a mixed method using a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.933. The sample consisted of 380 people, including government teachers. Data were analyzed such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t- test, F-test and research by means of in-depth interviews with 10 key informants with data were analyzed descriptively.

The results showed that

1) Level of opinion on the quality of public services of the Mae Wa Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Tha Song Yang District, Tak Province, found that the overall level was at a high level When classified into each aspect, it was found that Quality level of public services of Mae Wa Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization Tha Song Yang District Tak Province is at a very good level in every aspect, namely knowing and understanding service recipients reliability in providing services (= 4.01, S.D. =00.66) in terms of responding to service recipients, in building confidence for service recipients, and The concreteness of the service respectively.

2)Results of comparing opinions on the quality of public services of the Mae Wa Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Tha Song Yang District, Tak Province, found that overall, classified by gender, age, education level, occupation, and income, it was found that there were no differences. Therefore, the research hypothesis is rejected.

3)Guidelines for increasing the quality of public services of the Mae Wa Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization Tha Song Yang District, Tak Province, by applying the principles of Sangha Vatthu Dhamma, it was found that 1) donate, providing services to the best of your ability Ready to cooperate. 2) Piyawaja: willingness to provide service with polite words and manners. 3) Attitude to provide service with enthusiasm. Accurate and quick 4) Samanattata, proper posture. Provide services equally.
