The Efficiency of the Performance by Applying Iddhipāda Principles of the Employees in the Provincial Electricity Authority of Lamphun

Abstract
This research study has the following objectives: 1)To study the level of work performance of the Provincial Electricity Authority employees in Lamphun Province. 2)to investigate the correlation between Iddhipāda and the efficiency in work performance of personnel at the Provincial Electricity Authority employees in Lamphun Province. 3) to study the guidelines for developing the efficiency in work performance of personnel at the Provincial Electricity Authority employees in Lamphun Province. This study is a mixed methods, the sample group used in the research was state enterprise employees, general employees, permanent employees, and workers working in the Provincial Electricity Authority, Lamphun Province, 2024, totaling 198 people. Questionnaires with a reliability value of 0.969 and interviews are used as research tools. Data such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and research using in-depth interviews with 10 key informants with data were analyzed descriptively.
The research results revealed that:
1) The efficiency in work performance of personnel at the employees of the Provincial Electricity Authority, Lamphun Province found that the overall results in terms of work quantity, work quality, cost-effectiveness, and speed were at a high level.
2) The relationship between work performance according to the principle of influence and work efficiency found that the aspects of chanda (satisfaction), viriya (effort), citta (set the mind to be aware of what one likes) and vimangsa (contemplating or experimenting) overall had a high level of positive relationship in the same direction.
3) Guidelines for increasing the efficiency of the management of the Provincial Electricity Authority, Lamphun Province, by applying the principles of the Four Bases of Power found that 1) Chanda creates awareness for employees. 2) Diligence organizes activities with dedication and sacrifice. 3) Chitta takes care of employees closely. 4) Vimansa holds meetings or training skills regularly.
