Participation of teachers and educational personnel in the development of internal quality assurance plans in educational institutions

Abstract
This research had the following objectives: 1) to study and analyze the components of internal quality assurance in educational institutions that teachers and educational personnel should participate in implementing, 2) to develop a plan promoting the participation of teachers and educational personnel in internal quality assurance in educational institutions, and 3) to experiment with and evaluate the effectiveness of the participation promotion plan in internal quality assurance in educational institutions. The population in this study consisted of: 1) 31 administrators and teachers at Ban Muang Na School in the academic year 2024, and 2) 9 experts. The research instruments included: 1) a questionnaire on participation in internal quality assurance in educational institutions, 2) a quality assessment form for the plan promoting personnel participation in internal quality assurance implementation in educational institutions, and 3) an effectiveness assessment form for the plan promoting participation in internal quality assurance in educational institutions.
The research results revealed that:
1) The participation of teachers and educational personnel in developing internal quality assurance plans at Ban Muang Na School regarding the quality assurance process, understanding of tools and methods for quality assurance work, and problems and obstacles to participation was at a high level.
2) The plan promoting teacher and educational personnel participation in internal quality assurance in educational institutions consisted of 8 components: rationale, objectives, goals, operational plan, roles in participation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation, expected benefits and mechanisms for success, and feasibility of implementation. Overall, the quality was at a high level.
3) The experimentation and effectiveness evaluation of the plan promoting participation in internal quality assurance in educational institutions showed overall effectiveness at a high level.
