Abstract
The objectives of this research are to: 1) Study the application of artificial intelligence for change management of school within the Udon Educational Development Network, and 2) Guidelines for the application of artificial intelligence for change management of school within the Udon Educational Development Network under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area office 5, Qualitative Research by Interviewing the population, including school administrators and teachers. The tools were questionnaires and interviews. The data were analyzed by determining the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and content analysis by classifying the data according to the main topics to summarize the data and present it in a descriptive way.
The research results revealed that:
1) Application of artificial intelligence for change management of school within the Udon Educational Development Network under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area office 5, found that the overall level was very high.
2) Guidelines for the application of artificial intelligence for change management of school within the Udon Educational Development Network under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area office 5, it was found that in terms of linking and integrating data in the system in the same network. It enables information exchange and collaborative learning. In terms of decision support, AI helps support decision-making through insightful analysis from large databases. In terms of participation and flexibility in use, the use of AI in management needs to provide opportunities for executives. Teachers and educational personnel are involved in the planning process. Decision making In terms of the use of data in management and evaluation, AI helps to increase the efficiency of collecting, managing, and processing data from various sources.
