Abstract
The goals of this study were to: 1) examine the conditions surrounding employee retention at Bangpakok-Rangsit Hospital 2; 2) investigate the contributing factors to employee retention at Bangpakok-Rangsit Hospital 2; and 3) investigate the motivational factors influencing employees' job retention at Bang Bangpakok-Rangsit Hospital 2. 178 Bangpakok-Rangsit Hospital 2 personnel served as the study's sample group. A questionnaire was the study tool utilized to gather data. The statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression are employed in data analysis.
According to the study's findings,
1) staff at Bangpakok-Rangsit Hospital 2 had generally satisfactory employment retention conditions. After weighing each factor, it was discovered that the location with the fastest and most convenient journey was the one that pleased individuals the most. Secondly, colleagues are there to offer guidance in the event of an error. Furthermore, the environment that supported the work was the component that received the least amount of satisfaction.
2) Bangpakok-Rangsit Hospital 2's personnel retention is positively impacted by motivating and sustaining variables. The characteristics that were determined to have the biggest effects on employee retention were those that are supportive of statistical significance at the.01 level and motivating factors.
