บทคัดย่อ
บทความชิ้นนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะทำการศึกษาแนวทางการป้องกันไฟป่า เพื่อที่จะไปปรับใช้และเสนอเป็นแนวนโยบายในการป้องกันและดูแลปัญหาการเกิดไฟป่าในบริเวณพื้นที่ ตำบลวังนกแอ่น อำเภอวังทอง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก สำหรับการศึกษในครั้งนี้ผู้เขียนได้ทำการรวบรวมและสำรวจวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประเด็นการแก้ไขปัญหาไฟป่าในเขตพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ของประเทศไทย เพื่อที่จะทำการถอดบทเรียนและสร้างแนวทางในการแก้ไขและป้องกันปัญหาการเกิดไฟป่าในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลวังนกแอ่น อำเภอวังทอง
จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ผลการจากศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาไฟป่าที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละพื้นที่นั้นมีความแตกต่างกันไปตามบริบทของแต่ละพื้นที่ ซึ่งการถอดบทเรียนในพื้นที่หนึ่งเพื่อเอาไปใช้ในอีกพื้นที่หนึ่งนั้นไม่สามารถที่จะนำไปใช้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เนื่องจากมีความแตกต่างกันในเรื่องของวิถีชีวิตและวัฒนธรรมของแต่ละพื้นที่ แต่อย่างไรก็ดีผู้เขียนได้เสนอหลักการเชิงทฤษฎี โดยให้นำเอาแนวความคิดที่ว่าด้วยการสร้างสำนึกที่ดีในการมองโลกแบบใหม่ไปปรับใช้ในแต่ละพื้นที่
