Abstract

This study has the objectives to study 1) the levels of quality perception,  satisfaction and re-purchase decision making Luosifen snail instant noodle soup of the consumers in Liuzhou, Guangxi, China 2) the quality perception and satisfaction affecting the decision to re-purchase decision making Luosifen snail instant noodle soup of the consumers in Liuzhou, Guangxi, China. Sample group used was the Chinese people living in the Liuzhou city and had previously consumed the Luosifen snail instant noodle soup totaled 385 persons.  The research tool was a questionnaire and analyzed the data for descriptive statistics such as percentage, means and standard deviations and inferential statistics of Multiple Regression Analysis Enter Method.


The study results found that 1) the levels of the importance of quality perception affected re-purchase decision making the Luosifen snail instant noodle soup of the consumers in Liuzhou, Guangxi, China was at the highest level followed by satisfaction at a high level 2) the results of the Multiple Regression Analysis Enter Method found that quality perception, satisfaction and re-purchase decision making the Luosifen snail instant noodle soup of the consumers in Liuzhou, Guangxi, China were at the statistical significance level of .01.
