GUIDELINES FOR DIGITAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER LAMPANG PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
This research aims to: 1) investigate the necessary needs for developing digital leadership among small school administrators affiliated with the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Offices 1, and 2) explore the approaches to developing digital leadership among small school administrators affiliated with the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group consisted of 234 school administrators, acting school administrators, and teachers from small schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The target group for reviewing the draft guidelines was 7 experts. The instruments used for data collection include questionnaires, focus group discussion guides, and focus group transcripts. Data analysis involved calculating percentages, means, standard deviations, necessity indices, and conducting content analysis.
The research found that,
1.The most pressing need for developing digital leadership among small school administrators in Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 is in the area of digital knowledge and skills (PNI modified = 0.210), followed by digital environment management and networking (0.209), digital culture building (0.208), digital motivation (0.196), digital communication (0.186), and digital vision and role modeling (0.137).
2.A study on developing digital leadership among administrators of small-sized educational institutions under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 found a total of 36 strategies. These strategies are categorized into six dimensions: digital knowledge and skills (6 strategies), digital environment management and networking (6 strategies), digital culture building (6 strategies), digital motivation (6 strategies), digital communication (6 strategies), and digital vision and role modeling (6 strategies).
