INNOVATION IN LEARNING MANAGEMENT TOWARDS EDUCATION 4.0 OF WAT MUEAN PHUTTHA WITTHAYA SCHOOL

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the learning management conditions of Wat Muen Phutthawittaya School, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province. To study important factors affecting learning management towards Education 4.0. of Wat Muean Phutthawittaya School, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province Research area Wat Muen Phutthawittaya School that I am studying at is a school located at Wat Muen Phuttha Metta Khunaram. which organizes the study of Buddhist scriptures General Education Department and is the study of Buddhism in both the Sanam Luang Pali and Sanam Luang Dhamma departments. At the junior high school level and high school to monks and novices under the Office of Pariyattidhamma Education General Education Department Sample size determination The researcher used the online sample size calculation method from Creative Research Systems (https://www.surveysystem.com/sscalc.htm) at a confidence level of 95%, including administrators, teachers, school committee members, and students. 119 people. The research tools included questionnaires regarding opinions regarding classroom management, (2) in-depth interviews, (3) group discussions, and (4) document analysis forms.
The research results found that
1.Conditions of learning management towards Education 4.0 of Wat Muen Phuttha Wittaya School as a whole at a good level When considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect had good opinions. The side with the highest average is Supporting the use of classroom-level curricula, followed by supervision and monitoring of classroom-level curricula. In terms of implementing the curriculum at the classroom level and planning for classroom-level curriculum implementation
2.Important factors affecting learning management towards Education 4.0 of Wat Muen Phutthawittaya School, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province, were found that Factors related to administration and administrators are a good school administration system. There is clarity in the PDCA process and quality schools will have a good supervision system. This helps to gain information for development, improvement, and correction that leads to success in work. which supervision may consist of Supervision from the agency Supervision of school administrators Supervision of school personnel includes learning management innovation towards education 4.0 of Wat Muen Phuttha Witthaya Witthaya School, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province or The 4E model consists of 4 strategies: E1 : Emphasis on management E2: Emphasis on Learning E3: Emphasis on curriculum to the classroom and E4 : Emphasis on student characteristics There is an appropriateness of 98.15% and a feasibility of 95.19%. This may be because the process of obtaining the 4E model was carried out by starting with a study and analysis of the current condition of the school. In addition, all 4 issues are the main points in Learning management towards education 4.0.
