A MODEL OF ADMINISTRATION FOR A HAPPY WORKPLACE ORGANIZATION OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF BASIC EDUCATION COMMISSIOM

Abstract
This research aimed to develop a management model for transforming secondary schools into organizations of happiness. The research process consisted of three steps: 1) Study of the Importance and Guidelines for Management Towards Becoming an Organization of Happiness: 1.1) Study of the characteristics of the components in the management of organizations of happiness. The sample group included 333 school administrators from secondary schools. Data was collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, with confirmatory factor analysis conducted. 1.2) Study of ideas and guidelines for management towards becoming an organization of happiness. This involved interviews with 5 experts using semi-structured interviews, with data analyzed through content analysis. 2) Development of a Management Model Towards Becoming an Organization of Happiness: A management model was developed and its appropriateness was assessed by 13 experts using an evaluation tool. 3) Evaluation of the Management Model Towards Becoming an Organization of Happiness: The sample group consisted of 333 secondary school administrators. Data was collected using an evaluation tool to assess the feasibility and benefits of the developed management model.
The findings revealed that the management model for transforming secondary schools into organizations of happiness consists of four main components: principles, objectives, management processes for becoming an organization of happiness, and success conditions. The model emphasizes participatory decision-making. Expert evaluations of the model’s appropriateness indicated the highest level of suitability. Simultaneously, the assessment of feasibility and benefits also demonstrated the model's high feasibility and benefits.
