GUIDELINES FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATION ACCORDING TO THE PHILOSOPHY OF SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY IN THE PA TUNG EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT NETWORK GROUP UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE AREA OFFICE CHIANG RAI PRIMARY EDUCATION AREA 3

Abstract
This research aims to: 1) study the current condition of school management based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, 2) examine best practices for school management following the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, and 3) propose management guidelines for schools based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy within the Pa Tung Educational Development Network, under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.
This research used a mixed-methods approach. The research sample consists of 112 individuals, including school administrators, teachers, and education personnel from the Pa Tung Educational Development Network, under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample was calculated using the Taro Yamane formula (1967) with a 5% margin of error, and a stratified random sampling method was applied, with 8 school administrators and 104 teachers and education staff. Data collection tools included questionnaires, interviews, focus group discussions, and focus group discussion recording sheets. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The findings of the research revealed: 1) The current condition of school management based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in the Pa Tung Educational Development Network, under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, was generally at a high level (x̄ = 4.40, S.D. = 0.16). 2) The best practices in school management based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy were divided into five areas: moderation, reasonableness, immunity, knowledge conditions, and ethical conditions. 3) The study proposed 28 management guidelines across five areas: 1) moderation (6 guidelines), 2) reasonableness (5 guidelines), 3) immunity (5 guidelines), 4) knowledge conditions (6 guidelines), and 5) ethical conditions (6 guidelines).
