บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 โดยจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 302 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยอ้างอิงจากตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) และเมื่อตรวจพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จะดำเนินการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffé's method)
ผลวิจัยพบว่า
1) ผลการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามช่วงอายุและประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกัน และพิจารณารายด้านพบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
