การบริหารระบบสารสนเทศยุคดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดราชบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศยุคดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดราชบุรี และหาแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศยุคดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดราชบุรี รูปแบบการวิจัยผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 210 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการสัมภาษณ์ เลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.95 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ ด้านการนำข้อมูลไปใช้มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด = 4.48 รองลงมาคือ ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล = 4.45 ด้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล = 4.43 ด้านการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล = 4.42 ด้านการตรวจสอบข้อมูล = 4.37 และด้านการจัดเก็บข้อมูล = 4.34 ตามลำดับ
แนวทางพัฒนาพัฒนาการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศยุคดิจิทัล คือ 1) ด้านการนำข้อมูลไปใช้ ควรพัฒนาช่องทางการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลที่หลากหลาย ใช้เทคนิค Data Visualization และติดตามประเมินผลการนำข้อมูลไปใช้อย่างเป็นระบบ 2) ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ควรสำรวจความต้องการใช้ข้อมูล กำหนดเกณฑ์จัดลำดับความสำคัญของข้อมูล และนำเทคโนโลยี Data Analytics มาใช้ 3) ด้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล ควรพัฒนาบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง จัดหลักสูตรอบรมที่ทันสมัย และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภายนอก 4) ด้านการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ควรพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและกำหนดมาตรฐานการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ชัดเจน 5) ด้านการตรวจสอบข้อมูล ควรลงทุนในเทคโนโลยีตรวจสอบข้อมูลอัตโนมัติและพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบแบบ Real-time และ 6) ด้านการจัดเก็บข้อมูล ควรกำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบที่ชัดเจน พัฒนาระบบติดตามการปรับปรุงข้อมูล และใช้เทคโนโลยีคลาวด์ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล
