ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการนิเทศภายในกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของครูในสถานศึกษา และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการนิเทศภายในกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของครูในสถานศึกษา ทำการศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 จำนวน 333 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- การนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวางแผนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา รองลงมา คือ ด้านการดำเนินการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการสำรวจ ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และความต้องการของการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา
- 2. ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของครูในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวางแผนและออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการกำหนดเป้าหมายคุณภาพผู้เรียน ด้านการใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยี และด้านการวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนรายบุคคล ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล
- 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการนิเทศภายในกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของครูในสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ทุกด้าน
