บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 2) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 จำแนกตามสถานภาพและขนาดของสถานศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 142 คน และครู จำนวน 1,933 คน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (stratified random sampling) จำนวน 331 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับมีค่า IOC เท่ากับ 1.00 ทุกข้อ และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบทีและการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียวและเมื่อพบความแตกต่างได้ทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ตามวิธีของเชฟเฟ่
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 3 ลำดับ ได้แก่ ด้านการรับรู้และเข้าใจดิจิทัล ด้านการแก้ไขปัญหา และด้านความปลอดภัยและจรรยาบรรณการใช้ดิจิทัล ตามลำดับและ 2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีสถานภาพและสังกัดขนาดศึกษาต่างกัน
มีสมรรถนะในยุคดิจิทัลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .05
