Administration in Accordance with Good Governance by Government Officers and Employees of Local Administrative Organizations in Trang Province

This research aimed to study the level of administration and to compare it in accordance with good governance. The study group was government officers and employees of local administrative organizations in Trang province by demographic categorization. This research was developed as a quantitative study. The sample consisted of 360 government officers and employees working within the local government organization in Trang Province. The statistical tools for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The findings revealed that the average level of administration in accordance with good governance of the government officers and employees is overall ranked high. Morality is rated with the highest average scores, followed by responsibility, the rule of law, accountability, cost–effectiveness or economy, and participation. The results when comparing the level of administration of the government officers and employees, when classified by gender, marital status, position, duration of working, affiliated agencies and education level, the government officers and employees were not significantly different. But the government officers and employees of different ages had a significant difference in attitudes at the 0.05 level.
