วิสัยทัศน์องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลชุมแพ ปี พ.ศ. 2564 (Vision of Chumphae Tamban Administrative Organization In 2021)

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำวิสัยทัศน์องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลชุมแพ ปี พ.ศ.2564 โดยการประชุมกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ได้แก่ นายกองค์การบริหารส่วน-ตำบล รองนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ประธานสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ปลัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล หัวหน้าส่วนราชการในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ตัวแทนครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล และผู้นำหมู่บ้าน   ในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา          

ผลการศึกษา องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลชุมแพมีวิสัยทัศน์ คือ ภายในปี 2564 ตำบลชุมแพ     จะเป็นเมืองน่าอยู่และศูนย์กลางการท่องเที่ยวทางวัฒนธรรม ประชาชนมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี โดยมีขั้นตอนดำเนินการ คือ การสร้างค่านิยมในองค์การ การวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพพื้นที่ การประเมินสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอก และการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ และเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามวิสัยทัศน์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ได้กำหนดพันธกิจ จัดทำกลยุทธ์ แผนการดำเนินงาน และแผนที่กลยุทธ์สำหรับใช้เป็นแนวทางและกรอบการดำเนินงาน

Vision of Chumphae Tamban Administrative Organization In 2021

The purpose of this study was to create a vision of Chumphae Tambon Administrative Organization (TAO) for 2021 by collecting data through brainstorming of relevant stakeholders such as chiefs of the TAO, vice chefs of the TAO Council, chief administrator, heads of official government departments in the TAO, representatives of teachers working in the area, director of health promotion hospital, and community leaders. The data was analyzed with content analysis.

The findings of this study show that by 2021, TAO Chumphae will become a healthy city and a center of cultural tourism and the quality of life will improve. To achieve these, the procedures include creating organizational values, local community potential assessment, external environment assessment, and vision formulation. Moreover, in order to achieve the visions in a concrete manner, organizational mission, strategies, action plans, and strategy maps were created as guidelines and a framework for action.
