The instruments were composed of a form of reaction evaluation, a form of behavior evaluation and a test and the data were analyzed in terms of arithmetic mean, standard evaluation and t-test.
The findings are as follows: the evaluation results of the reaction and behavior were found at the highest level and the result of the learning after the training is significantly (p<.05) higher than that before.
Recommendations for the next training are as follows: 1) Findings from this study should be taken to improve the Training Project for Internal Education Quality Assessors at the Curriculum Level in Kasetsart University to be more in accord with the demands by the training participants. 2) Some certain activities should be organized to encourage those lecturers who have passed the training to come back and meet one another again to share the experience as assessors and to acknowledge related problems and obstacles for further improvement of the training. 3) Online training should be provided for the lecturers unable to attend the training so that they can learn and review the knowledge by themselves anytime and anywhere.
