แนวทางการศึกษา “เพื่อ/ใน/สำหรับ/เกี่ยวกับ” ความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ: มุมมองด้านการศึกษา

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์แนวทางการศึกษา “เพื่อ/ใน/สำหรับ/เกี่ยวกับ” ความเป็นผู้ประกอบการผ่านมุมมองด้านการศึกษา โดยใช้วิธีการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ (Systematic Literature Review) เพื่อรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์แนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎีและแนวปฏิบัติด้านการศึกษาผู้ประกอบการจากฐานข้อมูล SCOPUS, EBSCO และ ERIC ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2527 - พ.ศ. 2560 กลุ่มข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ บทความวิจัยที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกตามคุณภาพและความสอดคล้องกับประเด็นวิจัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบคัดกรองงานวิจัย และ แบบสกัดข้อมูล จากบทความที่ผ่านการคัดเลือก สรุปผลการสืบค้นพบงานวิจัยทั้งหมด 120 เรื่อง และมีจำนวน 8 เรื่อง
ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์รอบสุดท้ายสำหรับการวิเคราะห์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า แนวทางการศึกษา “เพื่อ/ใน/สำหรับ/เกี่ยวกับ” ความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ มีความหลากหลายและสะท้อนความแตกต่างด้าน เป้าหมายการจัดการเรียนรู้และแนวทางการสอน โดยแต่ละแนวทางมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียนในมิติต่างๆ ทั้งด้านความคิดเชิงผู้ประกอบการ การสร้างนวัตกรรม และความสามารถในการปรับตัวต่อบริบทเศรษฐกิจและสังคมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ผลการสังเคราะห์นี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าเป้าหมายทางการสอนและบริบทที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อการออกแบบและผลลัพธ์ของการศึกษาผู้ประกอบการ ผลการวิจัยนำไปสู่การพัฒนา “กรอบแนวคิดเชิงบูรณาการ” ที่เน้นความจำเป็นของการนำนวัตกรรมหลักสูตรและนโยบายที่สอดคล้องกันมาใช้เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะผู้ประกอบการและการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของผู้เรียนยุคใหม่
