Open Educational Resources on Online Training Management For Foreign Language Education

บทคัดย่อ

The purposes of this research were to design, develop and evaluate the online scripts and storyboards for the Open Educational Resources on Online Training Management for Foreign Language Education. The sample that were purposively selected from public and private universities, school with English Program and public and private organizations were composed of 6 content experts: 3 in English language and 3 in French, and 3 technology experts for the evaluation of scripts and storyboards. The research instruments were the questionnaires, the online scripts and the online storyboards. The data were analyzed through percentage, descriptive analysis and narrative descriptions. The research results revealed that: 1) the online scripts of the OER on Online Training Management for Foreign Language Education, using Blog builder service, comprise of 4 main topics of content: Concepts and Theories, Techniques and Medias, OER Hot Links, and French Resources. They are located at the URL: http://oer-mef.blogspot.com/ ; 2) the online storyboards of the OER website designed by using the model of existing OER sites and Web builder service provider, locating at: http://rosechong. wix.com/ oerforeignlang; 3) most of content experts agreed with the level of content and the utility and utilization of the offered resources at 93.48%. Few disagreements and uncertainties at 2.16 % and at 3.45% respectively were for the level of language used, the benefits for parents and general users and the utilization for revising basic knowledge. All experts found that the OER resources can be very useful for teachers, lecturers, and students due to their innovative concepts of free use and open content; 4) most technology experts agreed with the design of the online storyboard for OER website at 72.72%. Few disagreements and uncertainties at 4.54 % and at 22.72% respectively were mainly due to the incomplete development of the content. Following the experts’ suggestion, the particular attention must be paid to the selection of Creative Commons Licenses and to the use of font sizes and font styles.

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบ พัฒนา และประเมินสคริปต์เนื้อหา และสตอรี่บอร์ดแบบออนไลน์สำหรับ“คลังทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบเปิดเพื่อการศึกษาภาษาต่างประเทศ ด้านการจัดการฝึกอบรมแบบออนไลน์” กลุ่มตัวอย่างของงานวิจัย ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มเลือกแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ 1) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเนื้อหาจำนวน 6 คน เพื่อการประเมินสคริปต์เนื้อหา จากมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐและเอกชน และ โรงเรียนที่เปิดสอนโปรแกรมสองภาษาในสังกัดรัฐบาล (English Program) และ 2) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเทคโนโลยีจำนวน 3 คน เพื่อการประเมินสตรอรี่บอร์ด จากมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ หน่วยงานภาครัฐและบริษัทเอกชน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและสคริปต์เนื้อหาและสตอรี่บอร์ดแบบออนไลน์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนาและ การเขียนเชิงบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สคริปต์เนื้อหาแบบออนไลน์ ด้านการจัดการฝึกอบรมแบบออนไลน์” ที่ออกแบบและพัฒนาด้วยบริการฟรีเพื่อสร้างบล็อก ประกอบด้วย เนื้อหา 4 หัวข้อหลัก คือ Concepts and Theories, Techniques and Media, OER Hot Links และ French Resources ที่อยู่บนเว็บ คือ http://oer-mef.blogspot.com/p/by.html 2) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเนื้อหาส่วนใหญ่ ร้อยละ 93.48 เห็นด้วยกับระดับภาษา ประโยชน์ และการนำไปใช้ โดยมีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวนหนึ่ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.35 และ 2.16 ตามลำดับ ไม่เห็นด้วยกับระดับความยากง่ายของภาษาที่ใช้ และ ไม่แน่ใจต่อประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ปกครองและบุคคลทั่วไป และ การนำไปใช้เพื่อทบทวนแนวคิดพื้นฐาน 3) สตอรี่บอร์ดแบบออนไลน์สำหรับเว็บไซต์คลังทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบเปิดฯ ที่ออกแบบและพัฒนาตามเว็บต้นแบบด้วยบริการฟรีเพื่อสร้างเว็บ มีที่อยู่บนเว็บที่ http://rosechong.wix.com/oer-foreignlang #!online -training-management/ovoeq 4) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเทคโนโลยีส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 72.72 เห็นด้วยกับการออกแบบสตอรี่บอร์ดสำหรับเว็บไซต์คลังทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบเปิด ฯ มีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวนหนึ่งที่ไม่แน่ใจและไม่เห็นด้วยกับการออกแบบสตอรี่บอร์ดบางส่วน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 22.72 และ 4.54 ตามลำดับ ด้วยสาเหตุหลักจากการพัฒนาเนื้อหาแหล่งทรัพยากร ที่ยังไม่สมบูรณ์ ข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ คือ ควรให้ความสำคัญแก่การเลือกกำหนดสิทธิ์ แบบ Creative Commons สำหรับเนื้อหาจากแหล่งทรัพยากรต่าง ๆ ให้ถูกต้อง และ การใช้รูปแบบตัวอักษร และขนาดอักษรที่เหมาะสม
